About Pam
As a Special Agent for the United States Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) for more than 15 years, I had the distinct honor of protecting the United States Government and the Citizens of the United States.

During my tenure at DEA, I conducted National and International narcotics investigations at the highest level.  Additionally, I recommended and supported non-enforcement programs aimed at reducing the availability of illicit controlled substances.  My specific responsibilities and duties included working in an undercover capacity, conducting surveillance, executing search warrants, identifying viable investigative leads, developing and implementing operational plans and conducting Title III investigations.
I have carried out hundreds of interrogations and interviews, developed and controlled Cooperating Individuals and Sources of Information, seized large scale assets and made numerous arrests, testified in Federal/State Court, wrote affidavits and complaints in preparation for search warrants and arrests, gave briefings,  made presentations and developed constructive working relations with counterparts.  The last few years of my career were spent working a Top Ten FBI Fugitive case, James "Whitey" BULGER.

I also spent several years as DEA New England's Public Information Officer communicating DEA'S policy to Public Officials and media representatives. I prepared briefs for the Special Agent in Charge of New England on all "hot topic" issues and helped develop strong relationships with the United States Attorneys Office, Local Chiefs of Police and all Heads of New England Federal Agencies.

In addition to my strong writing and communication skills, I consider my interacting skills and the way I gather information, plan and implement operational matters to be outstanding.  My investigative techniques are unique as are my surveillance skills.  I have the ability to adapt in all environments.

I opened my own business in November of 2006, Broad Range Investigations, and I currently specialize in complex criminal/civil investigations, background investigations, family law investigations, asset investigations, insurance investigations, executive protection (armed), drug expert, surveillance, undercover, locates, statements, interviews and interrogations, scene photographs and record searches.  Additionally, I was formerly on Faculty at Boston University teaching investigative research.
